Message	I do hope you succeed and continue to improve, just as any business should strive to do. I'm sure you do a lot more volume than the other vendors, but I for the life of me cannot remember 1 post made by someone here complaining about something going wrong with SZ or IPP (at least not in the recent past). I don't mean that as a low blow, just a point - because I disagree with your statement about making the same % of mistakes as your competitors. Unfortunately, I don't think there is any data to support or contradict this claim from either side. I met you at ZCON a few years back, and you seemed like a legit straight forward guy. I've only bought a few items from Z1 in the past, but have called/emailed about various things as well. I frankly wasn't impressed with the people I dealt with. IMHO, your business will only improve and grow when the employees of Z1 have the same attention to detail and customer service that you do.
